Dr. Jessica Higgs was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia before heading to Toronto to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Jessica grew up playing soccer, softball, and riding horses competitively. These experiences sparked her interest in movement, recovery, and the importance of keeping the body strong. Today, she stays active through golfing, running, and skiing, and brings that same passion for movement into her work with patients. Dr. Higgs is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. She focuses on musculoskeletal health, pain management, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Her treatments often include spinal adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and personalized exercise programs. She takes the time to tailor each treatment plan to her patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Education and collaboration are a big part of Jessica’s approach. She believes patients should feel empowered and supported in their care, whether they’re recovering from an injury, training for a sport, or simply wanting to move through life with more comfort and ease. Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
